Just received my feathers and VERY DISAPPOINTED as most of them were bent so cant stand up straight. This is unacceptable. Dont get me wrong the feathers are beautiful but the sticky tape holding the two boxes secure were stuck to the feathers and when I opened it, it was bendy. I know it's going to be a blame game now between the supplier and courier but if this was better boxed, this wouldn't have happened.
