This was my first nd last time ordering from fruugo. After waiting for a couple of weeks for my kids duvet covers, I got an email saying I was going to be refunded. I never cancelled it. I tried to contact the seller various times and got no reply. Then contacted fruugo customer Care, which was no help either, they just apologised. It’s a ridiculous company to order from and I’d stay well clear. I don’t think they even have most of the stock that they advertise, it will just waste a couple of weeks of your time, nd won’t arrive on the end.
