I purchased a camping fan from Outwell through Fruugo and it dies not work. I submitted a message to Outwell and they instructed me to contact Fruugo. I contacted Fruugo and they advised I should contact Outwell. What a scam. I would advise anyone who is thinking of buying anything from either company to not do it. Their customer service Sucks.
