Avoid avoid avoid.... Fruugo is a total scam! I ordered some kids toys online with them since they stated on their site 7 days dispatch. What they actually mean, and you find this out afterwards is your order is confirmed and dispatched to a retailer within 7 days, after that it can be whatever time frame the retailer decides on. In my case I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and nothing, I’ve contacted Fruugo, they just say to contact the retailer, contact the retailer they say the order was placed with Fruugo not them, take up the issue there instead..... ITS A SCAM FOLKS! Buy anywhere else if you can! I’ve written off the $150 I spent with them, assumed I’ll never receive my order since you can’t get an answer out of anyone. Fruugo wash their hands of your order and obligation the second they pass it to a retailer. An absolute joke.
