I ordered an item with express delivery. I recieved the tracking number but royal mail hadn't even received the item. I contacted the company and the seller twice. I had no response. I left a review on trustpiolt which clearly caught their attention. I was met with a response of their delivery times,which I was fully aware of..so this proved unhelpful. By this point the item was meant to of been delivered but royal mail still had the same message on screen. I finally receive a message from the seller saying the item wasnt in stock,they would re stock the following day and I'll receive it 2 days after that. The problem is I keep telling them to refund me because the item was never shipped in the first place and as a customer who read their terms and conditions should be refunded. So that was a further 3 messages ago..and still nothing! Trading standards is the next step. The lack of customer service is disgraceful. Please avoid this company at all costs!!
