I ordered 2 identical bottles of Eau de Toilette, but only received one although the packing slip stated 2. The packing box was only big enough for 1 bottle which is evident on the picture I have sent. I have contacted Fruugo on 4 occasions, with my last email from 'Hannah' telling me to refrain from sending further emails, and that my complaint would be treated as urgent. This has been 3 weeks since raising a complint. I have had no further contact from Fruugo and still awaiting either a refund or the 2nd item. I would strongly advise to avoid this company
