Terrible. Order item on June 13 for delivery by June 22 to July 3. I was send a tracking number for DHL. The number did not really track the package. DHL original tracking said it was at DHL site on June 16 and shipped to destination country on June 28 and was received at destination country on Jul 7. which is the last tracking on package. After waiting for 10 days past delivery date (which is what it said to do) I start injuries on July 13 to "Cookie Jar " the retailer and had no response. on July 17 i was able to reach out to Fruugo. Finally on July 18, they said my package was undeliverable and DHL website had a completely different tracking dates and information. and now said package was undeliverable and had different dates and the destination country was Germany not USA. I checked shipping address and the address they showed in the receipt email is correct. Fruugo the closed my inquire and said i will receive a refund once the shipper get the item back. How can i trust any information from DHL or Fruugo.
