Placed an order earlier this year and unfortunately it never arrived. Contacted the seller and they offered a replacement so I agreed to this. Time went by, and Still nothing arrived. So I Contacted Fruugo.co.uk customer service and they kindly took hold of the situation. This took months to resolve however, but I appreciate that Grace was investigating the situation. My refund was made yesterday. Thank you Grace for resolving this issue.
