Have waited almost 3 months for order. Have tried without success to obtain info or a refund. Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in years of online purchasing. I understand things can get lost or mistakes happen but most companies reply to any concerns. NOT FRUUGO. I would advise not to deal with them unless you want to lose your money.
