NEVER EVER buy anything from this outfit. I ordered a pair of shoes. A delivery time of a few days was stated when I ordered. When I received the acknowledgement of purchase I was shocked to see that the "dispatch" date would be more than 2 weeks hence. This is dishonest and sharp practice. They notified dispatch on the day after the promised dispatch date with the further bombshell that delivery would be take a further 10 days. The help-line and tracking-facility of fruugo.ie have been impossible to access. These people are dishonest. I am now going to ask my credit card company to refund my money.
