I have placed an order that didnt arrived for 3 month, costumers service is the worst! I had to chase them to get a refund, few month later the package has arrived so I told them to charge me again, they ignored my request and at the same time threatened me with the legal department and Harassing me with unpleasant emails.. it was the worst online experience I have ever had!
