I asked for an aftershave which they have to send me from the US. I did not realize at the time (nor did they notify me) of the restrictions that the US government has on international air shipments of products containing alcohol. And therefore it is almost 100% certain that I will never receive it. I requested the cancellation of the order and refund of its amount. They tell me they can't do it because the order has already been shipped. They give me a tracking number that does not exist. I ask for the correct number and they don't even answer me. I contact them through PayPal and they don't answer me. Today they finally answered me but they still do not give me the correct tracking number. I have asked them who is the carrier that is going to bring me the order to get in touch with them. I am waiting for an answer. CONCLUSION: I will not buy anything in this store again because I feel scammed and I advise you not to do it either to avoid disappointment according to my experience.
