I tried last year to order some perfume which I found out that this cannot be sent from the UK to New Zealand - eventually I got a refund. Saw my perfume advertised on Cosmeticsmegastore which stated shipped to New Zealand. I immediately paid for 2 bottles - then when confirming email came thru and it said Fruugo and that it was coming from 123 Hair and Beauty - alarm bells rang out loudly. Now I have contacted the retailer by email who said that the order was refunded the same day - it has not been - and I am now trying to chase it up. Fruugo no help at all as you simply cant get hold of them - and 123 Hair and Beauty state that I have to go thru Fruugo
