We have ordered a parcel 3 months ago. What is really annoying is that I purchased this item from Fruugo South Africa, under the impression that the goods are from South Africa for delivery in South Africa. Then I realised it came from the UK. we have no means of contacting them, because they work remotely. We have no way of finding out where the item is and how long it will still take. I wonder of this company pays TAX in South Africa, if they use a South African website and account?
