I would give Fruugo zero stars if I could for its evident hatred of the customer. I purchased some electronic products from Fruugo for US use (should have obvious as they shipped these to my US address) yet they never indicated the need for adapters to UK electronic outlets. No sympathy from Fruugo for this bait and switch. Fruugo refuses to stand behind its products and will not pay for shipping on a returned item. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE CUSTOMER-HATERS AGAIN. You can decide to do otherwise at your personal peril.
