Bought a cradle rocking chair. The Sales staff Cruise was very helpful. However, delivery was late by close to an hour from schedule. There was defect at the top hanging part which the delivery guy had to fix. The paint at the coil was not done properly. Quality control could be better. There were also spider webs to be cleaned away. However, we noted the effort of the delivery guy in trying to fix the defect of the hanging part. Didn’t request him to touch up paint job as we were running late for an appointment because of the late delivery.
