Jaedon has been very prompt in providing updates on the delivery given the delay previously due to COVID. He is able to attend to our needs from the beginning of the sales all the way to after sales. Really impressed. However, there was a customer service lady who called to arrange the delivery which we have waited for almost few months. On the delivery day, she called to say that the items will not be coming and reason given was she did not register the delivery. I was in shocked and the only alternative is to schedule the delivery 1 month later. Gladly for Jaedon, he assist to bring forward the delivery and at least we are able to receive the item within less than a month.
