Your after sales support is ridiculous. There were scratches on the tv console when it was delivered. Jaedon Chai has already changed the delivery time twice, first time was because he said he did not receive any reply from me, but I’m fact I did reply to the Sales staff as advised by Jaedon himself to do so. Second time was because he accidentally booked a delivery on a public holiday, which I was told no delivery will be arranged on public holidays. I’m supposed to receive the exchange console tomorrow but up to now I haven’t received any email or sms to confirm what time the delivery is. It’s is now 6pm and there is no one answering the support phone call.
