Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sent me a faulty e-bike, then replaced it with another faulty e-bike that they then claimed wasn’t faulty. Then they stalled my refund until they stopped communication altogether and left it for Omni Capital (their customer finance company) to sort it out. Holding onto over £400 of someone’s money for over 2 months and never providing a safe product is morally bankrupt.
PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!! AVOID!!!
I will be sending all evidence and correspondence to trading standards.
