IGRINC.org gave me confidence during a time of uncertainty. Their team was attentive, transparent, and committed to keeping me informed. They answered my questions and handled the process in a professional manner. I’m thankful for their support and guidance.

Don’t bother! Unless you live somewhere that is completely dry 100% of the time their electric scooters are as good as useless! Water ingress killed my scooter even though I have never ridden it in the rain or ridden through puddles, the ground is rarely completely dry and simple spray is able to get into the battery compartment and fry it. They know this which is why water ingress is not covered by their warranty! They can then also charge half the cost of the scooter for a replacement battery, they are jokers and I am left with a completely useless piece of metal that cost me £700 3 months ago. I would not go anywhere near them ever again, I’d advise everyone to give them a wide berth 🤬😡

Stay clear. I bought my children a quad last March 2025 (36V 1000W model). Having only used it a hand full of times in late May without any reason it threw its chain (broke and the boys were obviously very disappointed). I immediately contacted Funbikes and informed them. In fairness to them, I did receive a prompt response and was asked for images of the problem and asked to send multiple pictures of the quad (which i did without delay). They informed me which parts they thought i needed via email and sent me a vide showing me how to repair (the only issue was the very part i required was out of stock). I was subsequently advised to sign up to their mailing list so that i could be notified when the part was in stock. At first i received the wrong part (and then they blamed me for selecting the wrong part when I queried why i had received a different part to which i had been advised to order. I eventually received the correct part after more toing and froing with them over email and fitted as per link I was sent (but the machine still kept throwing its chain). I contacted them again and they suggested i had a stretched drive chain and should buy another (but when I tried (you've guessed it)...the part was out of stock- groan)). I kept checking in via email and was eventually they suggested i should buy a longer chain and to remove a few links. The chain arrived and i decided to take the quad to my local quad repair specialist in Surrey (bearing in mind this is now oct/nov and my children have been without the quad for nearly 5 months). The repair garage called me to inform me that despite putting on at least 2 new chains they were unbale to fix the chain issue and suspected chassis damage from manufacturers. They suggested i asked for a refund and/or to take it back to the place i had bought it from. In November 2025 I re contacted Funbikes asking them what the process was to return the quad (I was advised that I would have to pay £80 for a collection as their HQ was in Leicester and might be liable for repair costs- depending on the issues identified). In early December i contacted Funbikes asking what date i could drop the quad off and i was informed as they were busy they suggested 'the end of January 2025'. On 27 January I took the day off and drove the 3.5 hrs from S London to their Leicester HQ to drop the quad off. I did receive an apology from a very polite man at their front desk when he reviewed all of my emails over the last 6 months. Despite then asking them to apply some common sense and drop the quad off as close to my address as possible (with me meeting them) my suggestion was refused. they advised me my options were to collect despite me explaining it had taken me over 7 hours to drop it off to to them and/or pay nearly £100 for delivery. They did fix the quad promptly and emailed me saying it was an assembly error on my part that had caused the issue, refused to assist in dropping the quad back for me and bombarded me with emails requesting i pay for delivery (which i have). I WOULD LEAVE THIS COMPANY WELL ALONE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES AND AFTER CARE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPOERIENCED IN 51 years. FACT. Funbikes- i think you should re consider whether you can serve any customer properly outside of say a 50 mile radius. When this quad arrives...we will sell it for whatever we can get back for it and buy locally.

I purchased a quad for my daughter on the 28th November which arrived damaged, when I refused delivery I got told they would send another. I then got a phonecall to say they had all sold out so I asked for a refund. 2-3 days after that call I had a phone call to say they had tracked one down and new one would be sent out. It arrived on the 23 December even when I paid for express delivery. Turns out they sent the same one back to me. When I rang them to discuss the damaged quad they told me they had no parts or stickers to replace the broken item. The customer service is shocking to say the least, this took a total of 8-9 phone calls and still nearly a month later not any better off. Avoid at all cost

I’m now having to take them to court. They shipped the incorrect item and refused to collect or refund fully. I have to drive for hours to take it back. For the love of god spend the extra £100 and buy a stomp the quality of product and service has been horrendous. Knock off back street junk.

Terrible experience. I bought a £500 bike, and in the companies terms promise a 7-day return. It has been 2 months yet they still won’t issue a return. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

No fun for me. Bought a new 10 ten quad, waited 2 weeks then it arrived faulty - electrics didn't work. Then the pull start stopped working and I had to manually push it up a field. They then took it back for repair and phoned 2 days later to say it was a manufacturing fault and I would get a full refund. To be fair I did get a full refund within a week of the call but I'm so disappointed that I now have no quad.

Brought a used one used 3 times m2r 90r. Put on a new carb, new solenoid, new stater switch, new tank of fuel ( high grade ) stripped and cleaned carbon, new battery, doubled spring the throttle as it didn't return. And still no start. Starts for a fee seconds with easy start spray. Customer service just suggest buy the next part. I will exceed the cost of the bike. Truly low quality parts and they rely on good reviews where customers have been lucky. This is not the case. There is no info on carb set up nor do they know. 1 week trying to fix it, missed a track session, drove to the outlet to get the part and some crucial parts not in stock. Their suggestion and you will love this, buy all the parts you think and send back what you didn't need. Never buy any pit bike of any make because this is equalivent to a Christmas cracker, limited use, wear put quickly. Same as turning the tap on with the plug open.

My son bought his first ever dirt bike, rode it once and sump plug fell out. Called them and they sent the wrong plug out twice so oil was leaking and engine damaged beyond repair. No apology, no exchange or refund offered DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY "

Appalling company. I bought an electric bike, it was faulty and - finally - it was replaced. The replacement had faulty brakes - incredibly dangerous given it is designed and marketed to children - finally the brakes were replaced. I say finally in that it took dozens of emails in which Funbikes seems to attempt to avoid their legal duties under the warranty. The battery now does not, after less than 3 months, and the same situation again - interminable emails, repetition and obfuscation. Deeply deeply appalling customer service and poorly made products. Avoid avoid avoid.

TL;DR - Fun Bikes have mis-sold me a quad (at a cost of £550). They are reluctant to resolve the problem, and now it seems they are avoiding my emails altogether. Do not trust this company if you want a shred of customer service! - I enquired about a children’s electric quad bike before purchasing to ensure it had a feature that was important to me (lockable speed mode). I received a reply stating the speed mode was lockable via a key - perfect. I replied again to double check it was lockable as it was important it was, their reply was yes it’s definitely lockable via a key barrel under the seat, so I went ahead and purchased the quad bike. Once I received the quad bike I checked the lockable speed mode and immediately noticed a hole where the lockable key barrel should have been. Instead, next to it was a plastic switch to change the speed mode but with no way of locking it. I checked the instructions and indeed in the instructions it shows a key barrel to lock the speed mode. I contacted the Fun Bikes and all I kept getting was an apology, with no actual explanation why the key barrel had been cut out or any offer of a return/compensation! They reluctantly offered a partial refund, voucher, or full refund after inspection. I asked how much of a partial refund might I receive, and I’ve heard nothing since. That was 2 days ago, I’ve messaged every day since - nothing. This whole shambles has now been going on for a week. Fun Bikes have mis-sold me a quad (at a cost of £550), they have been reluctant to resolve the problem, and now it seems they are avoiding my emails altogether. They have tried calling to ‘resolve the situation’ but I found the voicemail left was a little intimidating and quite frankly I do not want to speak to them on the phone, there’s nothing here that can’t be resolved through email. Avoid this company at all costs if you want even the slightest bit of good customer/after sales care!

Plenty of irony in the name. The experience from start to still not finished/resolved has been shocking. To keep it as short as possible ... - Faulty bike. - Awful/apathetic customer service. - No one in the company has taken any responsibility for an ongoing issue that is now 9 months unresolved. A massive amount of hassle created and as of today - we now have a new charger but still no bike. Two very disappointed children who have not been able to use their Christmas present. Give your money to this company at your peril. Happy to answer any response from management here as have made no headway after repeated calls and requests for a call back.
