Absolutely disgusted.
I am a new rider who messaged to ask about a suitable bike and I got one or two word replies making me feel stupid. I enquires about the different sizes and got them seat size would be the main clue’ as a response. You won’t sell many bikes with that disgusting attitude towards new customers and people new to the sport. I was asking for general information. I didn’t need a side of sarcasm. Well done. You really put the ‘fun’ in ‘fun bikes’. *thumbs up*
