I placed an order and within a minute realized my old address had autofilled on the form. While not paying attention to this is fully my fault, I emailed promptly to correct the issue and did not receive a response until more than 24 hours later at which time it was too late to correct. I have waisted money on this order since there was no way for me to retrieve the package. Prompt response could have prevented this for me.
