Having spoken to the company today I can confirm that the after sales service is very good. They are a company that really want to make sure their customers are happy and acknowledge that their phone system isn’t working too well. If you buy from the company rest assured they are a bona fida company & if you don’t manage to get through on the phones don’t worry they will contact you . The goods are excellent
