About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“We ordered a set of bathroom suite drawers it stated they are in gloss white. Hidden in the subsection it states its not gloss at all but on my the fronts of the cabinet are gloss ?? If its gloss ...you can sell it as gloss if its not it should be stated in the header section of the description.they now want to charge me a whopping £40 to send it back .. absolutely disgusting!!!”

“I placed my order on 4 January. As I didn’t receive any delivery information, I emailed on 11 January. I then got an email which said my delivery was “on its way, 12 January”. But I don’t know if it was just SHIPPED today or if it was to be DELIVERED today. I’m not interested in using the Shop app, I have too many apps already. Providing accurate delivery information should not be this difficult !”

“I got the 2 door sideboard to use as a tv stand and I'm very pleased with it. Delivery was 3-5 days and promt even though it was 2 days before Christmas. Driver tracking was a useful option too. One point, the doors seem designed for use on hard flooring but we have carpet. This was resolved by adding a contiboard shelf underneath. I'm still happy I got this unit, exactly what I wanted to complement other furniture.”

“Took too long to come, ordered 2 cabinets got 1 on time the other I had to wait until almost xmas and the doors came a week after that. Descent furniture for the price but it takes forever to come.”

“Ordered a vida 4 door shoe cabinet after making sure the 10 shelves weren't structural as I wanted to use it as a cupboard. Placed the order on the 15th December delivered on the 22nd December. It was flat pack and the 2 boxes were well packaged. It was relatively easy to assemble. Impressed with the quality of the unit.”

“I purchased the selene bathroom storage cabinet and on assembly found that the instructions were only pictures and far to small to read making the chances of mistakes more likely,i feel that this cabinet should be pre assembled particularly due to its price of £199 .99 and its complexity of assembly,not impressed by the product”

“We are happy with the sideboard we received. Decent quality at a reasonable price. Our issues all revolve around delivery. Weeks late and no idea where it was or when we were getting it. No contact from Furnicomp and nothing from them to let us know what was going on. We got so fed up we cancelled and asked for a refund (which never came). They said Okand told us to turn the delivery away if it eventually arrived. It came one day when we were out and our son was at home so he took it in and opened up all the 3 boxes so we had to keep it. It has turned out to be OK and we are happy with the product.”

“I recently purchased the Siena 3 door sideboard, I was sceptical as never ordered before, however it was a pre order as stated at the time I placed the order 2 weeks later I had a delivery day, it was a Sunday, again sceptical will it come within the time slot, a lovely lad called before delivery & showed up in the 30 mins he had advised, it was swiftly unpacked & built, instructions super easy to follow, it looks amazing & very expensive for what I actually paid I would have gladly paid 3 times as much from a showroom for it, I also wanted LED lighting in the open shelf space, it didn't come with the option for LED lighting, however I bought my own set £15 a quick drill through the back & I have exactly what I wanted & pictured for a fraction of the cost, would highly recommend Furnicomp.. I'm currently looking at the dining tables to match the sideboard but in a dilema do I want the light grey concrete or dark grey effect..”
