About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

Worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service is appalling. After requesting a return/refund they failed to make contact with me despite having published on their website guaranteed returns. I sent 9 emails and phoned twice, I managed to speak to someone the 2nd time and the man I spoke with was extremely rude. 3 weeks on I have contacted my bank and explained the situation, they have refunded me and have now opened up a dispute with company. I’m sure if all is well with your order then reviews are great but if not then they don’t want to know. My advice…..steer well clear!

The furniture itself is lovely, ordered twice nice and very happy both times. The after sales/ customer service is appalling. During construction of a draw one of the parts sheared off damaging a draw casing. I emailed straight away & requested a replacement and explained what had happened. They said we had caused the damage & we needed to pay £15 to get replacements sent out, I said no. I asked that they just send out the part that sheared, I would mend the draw casing, they agreed. Nearly 2 weeks later & despite several emails (that have been left unanswered) and a phone call I still don’t have the part. What a shame, that part can’t cost more than £1 & yet they have let themselves down so badly over it.

I am sorry to say i have spend £119 on a shoe cabinet .but it was very cheap matriel.it seems.like a toy matriel .after assembled it was stil keep shaking .wasted my money.it doesnt worth that money.Avoid

This unit turned up scratched on the sides and a door , I contacted them to return and was told it could not be returned , that they could provide me with replacement parts , I emailed the replacement parts over and I have been ignored ! Sitting with a scratched unit , customer service has been ridiculous!! Why can I not return a faulty item ? I was even accepting the replacement parts ! But I have not been given anything

I have just had to walk a very heavy cabinet that was delivered to a different house number a few days ago. I found out today thanks to a gentleman who wouldn't stop ringing on houses all around the area. Eventually finding me.

Did not received this option as ordered , you sent the grey and white option i ordered the black and white have tried to call you but i just get sent to voicemail option where you cant leave a message as it says the messages are full

I am a returning customer as I was very pleased with my first order, unfortunately this isn’t the case second time around, my unit arrived with 3 doors missing, emailed the company and eventually the doors arrived but one was damaged , emailed again and got told one would be sent out ,waited a few day’s nothing arrived, emailed again no response, emailed yet again to be told the warehouse haven’t got any and as soon as they get some they will despatch one , that was 4 weeks ago and still nothing , no communication at all , very disappointed!

Awful company! Quick to respond to emails to make a sale but ignore you when theres a problem. Furniture is very poor quality and was scratched in multiple places. Had to carry out a chargeback
