About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“We ordered a set of bathroom suite drawers it stated they are in gloss white. Hidden in the subsection it states its not gloss at all but on my the fronts of the cabinet are gloss ?? If its gloss ...you can sell it as gloss if its not it should be stated in the header section of the description.they now want to charge me a whopping £40 to send it back .. absolutely disgusting!!!”

“Terrible service. I bought it before Black Friday. 10 days later I received a call saying the product I bought was damaged and they gave me the option to choose another one. When the product arrived, a part was missing and to this day, in January, I haven't received a solution! Extremely disappointed. I have a half-finished wardrobe and no response.”

“Had two units delivered one unit has faulty hydraulics being trying to get replacement or the unit replaced. Keep on getting different excuses. My son is five years old and he’s running around and if he knocks or bump his head . He nearly sat on the door . the unit doors stays open because the hydraulic is faulty it is dangerous and they don’t seem like they care . Would I recommend them? Definitely not.”

“Horrible. The cabinet was wonky and the colours didn’t match the images from the website. I could cope with the latter, but not the former. When contacting customer support I was told to mount it to a wall so it would be straight. This is unacceptable as it would mean the back of the cupboard would be 2 inches off the floor. I asked if I could return the cupboard - in the original box- for a refund. I was told that as I had assembled it, I couldn’t return it. Despite the fact that the fault is visible after assembly. I have asked for clarification and my emails have gone unanswered, thus I am writing here.”

“The furniture ordered was extrememly poor quality, fixings were poorly cast and cheap, wood was bowed so the furniture is uneven and the After Service is appalling. Despite purchasing my own fittings / parts to replace the broken poor quality parts I'm still awaiting the delivery of the original replacements from the company. This however doesnt address the warped wood which is a manufacturing / storage issue. Terrible Company and I'd AVOID purchasing anything.”

“Bought a tv unit, very difficult to assemble as the there are no holes so you have to make one. Was planning to return it but we already made holes on some part. Will never buy again from this company. Please don’t buy here. Tbh even the quality is not good.”

“Bought white tall cabinet for corridor but it is designed so badly. Door is way too heavy for the furniture so it falls forward. Also missing some screws in the pack.”

“I bought a TV unit in your shop and waited ages to receive it. Unfortunately it arrived with water damaged. I will send a picture of the order. I would keep it if you replaced the damaged parts which two shelves inside and the bottom base of the unit or please let me know how I can return it and get”

“No stars at the moment ! On the day of delivery one of the hinges on one of the doors was broke ! I phoned and one of your callers said send us a picture of the hinge to us which we did , he said you should have it in 3 days time 3 weeks later still no hinge I have tried to ring you constantly but no one answers up to now very poor service ! I am thinking what do I do next?? Paid a lot of money for a unit with 2 out of 3 doors very shoddy service ! Corinne Donnelly”
