About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“I bought a Lorenzo furnicomp shoes storage. The time for arrival was as expected. The final product looks nice and elegant. There are no good instructions as it misses many steps to build the product. The quality of the materials is good, but the finish of many of the joins is not as expected, as some go over the other piece and do not end exactly where they should end, leaving gaps or pieces out of the join mainly in the side storage, and for that and the instructions a star less.”

“Pre order process very good with questions answered very quickly. Kept informed of order. Delivery process excellent. Given 2 hrs slot and driver phones to confirm when 1/2 hr away. On time. Product very good - need to take time when assembling. If I needed to build another it would be 2hrs but first time in my own 4 1/2 - much of this was trying to work out the right parts as they aren’t labelled (frustrating) - overall very positive.”

“Only rating 4 stars as was concerned about the delivery. Only had one delivery person for a very heavy boxes to lift. He then accidently damadged a bit on our door step as the box is extremely heavy. He raally struggled to lift the box. Other than that very good services and coomunication from the company. Thank you”

“Beautiful piece of furniture although arrived very dirty, please clean before putting together to ensure there are no marks on the wood. Company do not refund if already built and defects are noticed. Very easy to put together (1 female put together in 2 1/2 hours) I wish I could submit a photo, really is stunning sideboard. Storage is huge inside, very solid. Would purchase from this company again. I only wish they did matching side tables in this range”

“Quick dispatch, although bear in mind, that you can't pick the delivery date and you'll get an email in the morning on the actual deliver day. I couldn't get through to Furnicomp over the phone, the courier company only available via chat. Item itself OK, well packed with all corners secured, quality of the assembled product reasonable. Drawers are not soft closing ones, although levelled properly, hinges were a bit of a faff to adjust to line up the doors with drawers.”

“I ordered a broom cupboard and have to say, it looks good and the quality is pleasing. Although it does the job, which isn't a taxing one, the space for brooms and hoovers is narrower than the side with shelves which I think should be the other way around but my brooms and mops and hoover are now snuggled in together getting to know each other. Delivery said 5 - 7 days but it turned up the next day which in some ways is good - almost magical - but I wasn't really ready for it and had to find storage space. The delivery man was very friendly as he heaved it up two flights of stairs - I had put that on the order but apparently 'they never bloody tell us!'. I did ask a question before buying about whether it had to be fixed to the wall and a representative got back to me quickly saying that it was free standing and would be fine. However, it does need to be fixed to the wall because if it isn't, when you open the door, the whole thing will topple forward which is quite dangerous unless you are setting a trap for a small child, a dog or an octogenarian. Overall, I think FurniComp are a good company and would use them again.”
