About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“The table we bought for about £250 which was reduced is very poor standard the wood is cheap, to be able extent this table it takes a lot of work and needs two people and to be able to move it isn’t easy, not ideal when you have family coming, we were meant to receive it on Friday the 20th of December but it didn’t come till the 23rd we had got rid of our other table for the new one to be here for Xmas and by the time we built it and realised how rubbish it was we wouldn’t of had a table for Xmas dinner, one leg broke 3 days later so we are now left with a broken table, furnicomp have said they will send us a new leg out once they get stock but that doesn’t compensate for us paying that amount of money for a table that will probably break before the year is over.”

“Doors fixation poor quality which failed during installation and required home made repair to make the final look acceptable. Despite this the look of design matched with picture.”

“Didn't have a great experience unfortunately. Ordered a wardrobe, after a week sent an email asking when the wardrobe would be delivered was told it was being processed and that I'd get an email to let me know when it's dispatched. After 12 days I sent another 2 emails asking when it would be delivered, then sent a fb message. Tried calling several times but the phone was never answered. Then I recieved an email telling me the wardrobe is no longer available! They then took a few days to find me a similar item. 2 weeks later it was delivered, with a missing part, more unanswered phone calls and emails! Finally got the missing part. Whole thing took a month!!”

“Took the company 4 months to deliver our sideboard and no updated provided. This sideboard was difficult to assemble. The illustration guide was difficult to understand.”

“Worst instructions I have ever seen for MDF construction of which I have completed many. Ask an engineer to check for me and they would have done the same. I did manage to make the unit look like the pictures in the end with several adjustments.”

“I’m still waiting for a response to my last email after a second attempt my wardrobe was delivered damaged I have been offered a replacement panel but not heard any more since I have asked for a partial refund as we have made do and tbh I can’t deal with the hassle of taking it all apart again - hoping to hear from you!”

“Item itself is good but the delivery process is a absolutely a joke promised Within 10 days on the 10 th day send you an email to book a delivery then give you another 5 days until it's delivered So if you in a rush don't buy from here”

“Unfortunately I thought the wardrobe is poor mainly the back which I feel should have had a tacked ply or hardboard instead of the flimsy awkward back that needed slotting in ☹️. However I was delighted with the customer service, & would have no problem buying something else from them. Thank you.”

“The unit sits front heavy, so tips slightly forward, there are no door clips or magnets so we bought our own, the top is flimsy and was damaged while being erected , not value for money at all……”

“This Zoe 1 door wardrobe was of poor quality with the stews from the back sticking through and some chips on assembly. Instructions were properly followed. Bought as size is perfect for space but it won’t last”

“2of us assembled it just. Looked good. When we went to extend it with one extra piece a week later it and looked ridiculous. The legs are not central so you can’t sit with your legs underneath the table. You can see all the screw covers and as the mechanism is heavy you can’t swing the table around to a different position easily. I did email them to let them know but I didn’t get a response. Wouldn’t recommend it. ☹️”

“Furniture didn’t go together very well. I am very experienced at putting furniture together and this just wouldn’t work. I now have a piece where the door doesn’t sit well and we can’t use one of the drawers as the hands won’t fit. What you get for ordering furniture at the cheap end of the spectrum.”
