About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“They don't answer the phone they don't return calls to the messages you leave they ignore emails do i need to say anymore”

“The instructions are not clear and the hanging of the doors is the wrong way round. The larger brackets should be on the left door not the right.”

“Dissapointed my sideboard should have came in 3 boxes I only got 2 boxes still waiting on one box coming I wanted it all set up for Xmas paid a guy to come out build it and he cldnt had to pay him something for his trouble when the delivery driver came with the 2 boxes I said to him is that all there is he said yes now the side board is down £30 I think I should be given the difference back as I still don't have it yet wich is very frustrating I feel like sending whole lot back to you .”

“Sadly the item was damaged. Please see attached photo. The part that is cracked is not visible once assembled but I am concerned about its structural integrity given the position of the crack. Its on the bottom shelf, right hand side front. I was not aware of the crack until I assembled it, but I can guarantee did not happen after delivery.”

“The instructions are not written in English, therefore had to put it together following the pictures which took way longer than expected. Once put together it looks good however it is uneven but will do.”

“Poor construction. I built it as instructed but the top panel cracked as I put one of the screws in (probably as the screw hole had not been drilled quite straight) This means that we have a piece of furniture that was not cheap with a split in a very visible place. Not happy about this and wouldn’t buy again.”
