Pre order process very good with questions answered very quickly. Kept informed of order. Delivery process excellent. Given 2 hrs slot and driver phones to confirm when 1/2 hr away. On time. Product very good - need to take time when assembling. If I needed to build another it would be 2hrs but first time in my own 4 1/2 - much of this was trying to work out the right parts as they aren’t labelled (frustrating) - overall very positive.
