About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Not value for money at all. Bought a tv stand, at first they sent one of the parts damaged and they delivered another part but the quality of this furniture is appalling. I now have to buy another one as its come apart already. I would avoid buying from this company.”

“Arrived almost after a month. The instructions manual is so useless. The doors are so heavy which won’t align with the pattern. This is not the first furniture my husband has assembled but this particular one is made so poorly. Will not buys again from furnicomp. Horrible product.”

“I love the look of the furniture. Contacted them twice and still no delivery three weeks on. I have not received the goods just an aggressive phone call for daring to ask when my delivery date was online.”

“Item was delayed as they ran out of stock which they did not inform me about until I sent an email to enquire about it. The actual wardrobe does not look bad but isn’t that strong and moves a lot when using, the material chips off VERY quickly easily revealing the brown MDF material underneath making the item look like it’s been through it despite being in the house for 2 days - definitely not worth £139, more like £80. Disappointed in the quality and the instructions are quite vague using only pictures, would definitely recommend a more detailed instruction manual”

“Unit is lovely however one piece e was damaged on arrival, I have contacted customer care and was told a replacement would be sent however this has not happened nor have I heard from the company I expect a replacement or money off as the chip as right at front bottom plinth”

“Worst company I have ever dealt with and their customer service is appalling. After requesting a return/refund they failed to make contact with me despite having published on their website guaranteed returns. I sent 9 emails and phoned twice, I managed to speak to someone the 2nd time and the man I spoke with was extremely rude. 3 weeks on I have contacted my bank and explained the situation, they have refunded me and have now opened up a dispute with company. I’m sure if all is well with your order then reviews are great but if not then they don’t want to know. My advice…..steer well clear!”

“The furniture itself is lovely, ordered twice nice and very happy both times. The after sales/ customer service is appalling. During construction of a draw one of the parts sheared off damaging a draw casing. I emailed straight away & requested a replacement and explained what had happened. They said we had caused the damage & we needed to pay £15 to get replacements sent out, I said no. I asked that they just send out the part that sheared, I would mend the draw casing, they agreed. Nearly 2 weeks later & despite several emails (that have been left unanswered) and a phone call I still don’t have the part. What a shame, that part can’t cost more than £1 & yet they have let themselves down so badly over it.”

“I am sorry to say i have spend £119 on a shoe cabinet .but it was very cheap matriel.it seems.like a toy matriel .after assembled it was stil keep shaking .wasted my money.it doesnt worth that money.Avoid”
