About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. I haven't yet opened my package so I will review the delivery. I didnt receive an email or a text message saying it was going to arrive today, 13th July. I have building work going on in my house at the moment so your driver was advised to leave the package in a safe place. He certainly did care where he left it, he barged into the young apprentice and rudely ignored the older worker. I am hoping that I will be happier with my package when my house is safer to open it.

I ordered a tv unit & a side cabinet. The side cabinet unit frame what warped so ask for this to be replaced it has now been 3 week. I have send email with video & pictures spoke to customer 5 time left 3 message and have had no repsonses from them. The units are good the service is lousy to say the least.

Sadly the item I was sent had a faulty part we only noticed once we had part build it pretty disappointing and worried it will cause it to not last as long as you would expect. It a look is noticeably shame it would appear this was not inspected fully before sending out to me.

Had the huge delivery dropped off literally in the doorway of the house. Delivery driver couldn’t take it upstairs even tho it was a wardrobe being delivered. Nor would he put it in any other room. Totally un cooperative and unhelpful. We now have huge boxes inthe doorway where we can no longer get a buggy in the house. Huge inconvenience

Poor quality furniture blaming did not assembled correctly which is totally lie sending delivery driver to check the cabinet .wasted £500 on this low quality cabinet. Avoid this company

Very poor quality furniture. So flimsy and so hard to put together. The instructions are poor quality. Been photocopied to many times so hard to read. Wish I never bought it.

Still to receive my product. No contact after a week, emailed support services to get an update. No reply. Received an email saying the parcel had been shipped yesterday, no tracking number, no delivery company, estimated date given but we will likely be at work so no way to instruct delivery company where to leave package. A terrible service, we will not be buying from this company again.

They say 7 working days for delivery. I ordered it on the 20th March it came on 13th of April. Don't believe them,they lie

Very disappointing, the mirror wardrobe is wobbly and the mirror doors have a large gap in the middle. The back of the wardrobe is flimsy and too short in height so it doesn't engage fully into the grooves. Both sides of the wardrobe are slender for the height. The front skirt piece is just pinned and therefore doesn't stay in place. Even after assembling and securing, the wardrobe sways. Also one mirror door is higger than the other. This is a manufacturing defect. Structurally, this is very unstable.

Think it's a poor service. I keep emailing to find out what's happening. No one keeps you up dated. Wouldn't recommend company to anyone.

So basically I would not recommend it as its made from very badly and specifically the most of if at corners ar broken, the instructions made by definitely some stupid idiots, as I have done more then 2k of different furniture's, I men the price for it should be 70 pound of maximum as it very poor quality, I will put back in the box and I wanna send it back !!! I will make sure no one's by it again

My order was supposed to arrive yesterday but hasn't turned up. I received two messages, the first one giving me an estimated time of arrival, and the second saying that it was on time and I was the next stop. Also a signature link was sent. It didn't turn up!

Very poor service! Desk arrived damaged and FurniComp made it very difficult for us to get a refund and get the damaged desk collected. Still ongoing and not rectified.

Dissapointed with the time taken for delivery. No notification on the website that their chosen courier was taking a 13 day Christmas break which would delay all orders. When I queried customer service they stated they would give me a 5% refund and communicate this via email, this offer never arrived. I requested through furnicomp that the courier contact me to discuss delivery when my order was ready. The delivery company didn’t, they just booked my delivery in for a day when I was not available. I’ve had to cancel this delivery and request a new one, hopefully this one is accepted... All in 29 working days when delivery was advertised at 14 days. The advertised delivery time was the reason I chose Furnicomp. I wish I’d gone elsewhere.

Don't ask for a review for a product you haven't delivered . And now you ask for a second review for an item you haven't delivered.
