About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

Not seen the item yet, the delivery company has promised delivery 3 times but never got here due to various excuses. The last one was that the driver went out with his lorry but had to come back as his eyesight failed whilst out driving!!

Item arrived very badly damaged. Nearly every panel was split in the middle. Could not contact company on phone or online chat. Eventually contacted them via Instagram. I was offered replacement panels but since the majority where damaged I decided to return the item for a refund. My review is one star due to the poor quality of the item and the difficulty contacting the company by phone, chat and email.

We had to wait three weeks for our son’s chest of drawers to be delivered, only to find that it had been damaged in transit. Six weeks later we are still waiting for the replacement parts to be sent out and Furnicomp have stopped replying to my emails. Shocking customer service. I would not recommend using this company.

Purchased a tv cabinet on line advertised with despatch and delivery in 2 to 3 days. Nearly 3 weeks later and delivery still not arrived. Contacted customer services and received polite replies but no delivery. Very disappointed.

This cabinet is so bad I will find it difficult to explain. Let's just say the panels were wrong, there were no grooves, holes where there that shouldn't be and even a diffent colour draw. The holes were in the wrong places and assembly bits missing. Believe it, I am not one to complain, but oh my goodness.

I'm very sorry for the poor score but on the website it says my order has been delivered it hasn't there is a photo of my order in someone else's property

Not happy with tv stand, emailed company, sent pics of parts I wasn't happy with, they did respond to my email to say they would look into it possibly send new parts, but have heard nothing at all. Very poor.

I took it to the tip, cheap thin chip board, instructions were poor so much so that it was too difficult to put together in the end I lost patience , you need two People to put it together and written as well as picture instruction ! Don’t buy waste of money !

I DO NOT RECOMMEND FurniComp, I waited longer than it was shown when placing the order, the cabinet came damaged in several places, I wrote to them, told them to send photos and when I sent photos and described it, they did not respond. I was left with a damaged cupboard. The cupboard is generally very nice.

I was sent a damaged and defect sideboard since then I’ve been communicating with the seller and I was due a refund that they have never paid to my account until this day. Do not buy anything from this website. I also had a screw missing for one of the drawers they still haven’t sent it until this day that drawer doesn’t open. This was the worst but ive done, never again

Disappointed as all the small screws are mixed and very hard to distinguish them on the instructions book plus few are missing as it says sent 8 but actually are 5 and some aren.t even on the size to fit in it.s hole .

Furniture was lovely. But cane with wrong instructions, so made the job a lot harder and customer service was a joke.

Customer service response time is slow. Usually it takes two days. The exchange time takes so long and it is still not yet confirmed

I am really disappointed with the delivery of my product. Waiting for weeks for parcel 2 (drawers and fixings) and finding delivered to wrong address. Finally receiving the second parcel to find damaged. I am therefore unable to comment on quality or how happy I am with my desk as I have lost the will to live and asked to just collect the desk what a nightmare!!

I haven't received any goods qnd no contact at all from yourselfs i had to contact you to see when delivery of goods was being delivered and still havent received them shocking customers service wont buy from them again

I never actually received the sideboard I ordered, I believe this was a problem with the delivery company. I did receive a refund eventually but was obviously extremely frustrated having ordered and paid for my item, given a delivery date for it never to appear. The staff at furnicomp were very helpful, however I still didn’t receive the furniture I had ordered. I have since ordered from somewhere else. Unfortunately I wouldn’t use this company again.
