About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Had two units delivered one unit has faulty hydraulics being trying to get replacement or the unit replaced. Keep on getting different excuses. My son is five years old and he’s running around and if he knocks or bump his head . He nearly sat on the door . the unit doors stays open because the hydraulic is faulty it is dangerous and they don’t seem like they care . Would I recommend them? Definitely not.”

“Overall very pleased with my two items. Unfortunately one of the larger panels was damaged but as the item was to be placed in a wardrobe, when constructed it was easy to disguise. Too difficult to return for a replacement.”

“I bought this thinking it would be a good shoe-cupboard. However, with the price I have paid, it does not justify. The quality of this shoes cupboard is not very good. On top of that instructions are not very clear. Also 11 uk size shoes does not fit versically. The doors did not fit properly no matter how many times I tried and there is a gap between the door and the cupboard. It looks gorgeous due to the mirror on the door though.”

“Horrible. The cabinet was wonky and the colours didn’t match the images from the website. I could cope with the latter, but not the former. When contacting customer support I was told to mount it to a wall so it would be straight. This is unacceptable as it would mean the back of the cupboard would be 2 inches off the floor. I asked if I could return the cupboard - in the original box- for a refund. I was told that as I had assembled it, I couldn’t return it. Despite the fact that the fault is visible after assembly. I have asked for clarification and my emails have gone unanswered, thus I am writing here.”

“It is ok for the price, the finish is very poor, the pieces arrived dirty and some with glue, the edges are not well finished. It is a shame. But to stay inside of the cupboard do the job.”

“Cheap materials cheaply made not worth the money this is a £50 item 2 parts of the cabinet wasn't even drilled for the wood dowels Its made od melamine chipboard just cheap crap”

“We bought 2 large units. Quality is good and packaged really well. Instructions included but if you are not great with flat-packed assembly expect the items to take quite a while to build. We did have a few missing door handle screws but we were fortunate to have some on hand. Customer Services was very attentive when emailing regarding expected delivery process.”
