I have ordered a desk from them and on the website it said will be delivered the next day, only to find myself waiting 2 weeks cause there has been a problem with the stock at their warehouse. I was called to explain the situation and was promised some compensation (absolutely ridiculous amount) after asking for it/was never offered, but never received the refund to this day. The guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Would not purchase from here again. Edited: was called by the manager who apologised and offered to resolve the matter further by providing additional compensation. I changed my review as he explained the situation in more detail and apologised for the inconvenience. Also the purchase is fine and everything came as expected.
