The customer service we received from furni comp was excellent, they kept us informed even though there was a delay in delivery and they made it up by doing a next day delivery when the items had come back in stock. Unfortunately once we had unwrapped the furniture we spotted found some of the corners were damaged, we worked out these bits would not be seen so carried on putting the units together. The draws proved a big problem, the pre drilled holes were not in the correct place and the instructions had some steps missing. By the time we came to the third piece of furniture we had worked out a different way to put this piece together using the instructions in a different order. We put the back piece on last so we could get to the tricker parts of the drawers easier. This worked much better and is the only unit that every piece is flush
