It was a 2 week wait. When it arrived it took more than an average time to set up with lack of numbers on the materials. I have heard this before and thought it could not have been that bad. It was time consuming. When you do put things in or nailing you need to be very careful it doesn't damage. (this is very easily done which I hated the most for the price you pay for this) the quality needs to be handled with care otherwise you are going to end up with chipped and odd colours, meaning if your wardrobe is white you will have bits of wood showing where it damages very easily. Smaller than we had imagined. Very little contact for customer service as everything is automated. Via text or email.
