Avoid this company – terrible sofa and even worse customer service. I bought a sofa from FurniPol in May 2025, and it started falling apart within days. The frame broke, the pull-out bed doesn’t work, and the entire thing is completely unusable. We had to put weights underneath to try to prevent it from breaking even more. When I contacted them for a refund (within the 30-day period), they refused and instead blamed “incorrect usage” with no proof, offering only £50 or a repair for half of the sofa— for a sofa that cost over £1,000. It’s clear from the reviews I’ve seen that this isn’t an isolated issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Poor-quality products and awful customer service.
