Delivery was great; I was well informed as to when Arrow XL would be arriving and they helped take it upstairs to the room it had go in.
The mid sleeper bundle is as hoped for and sturdy. My son is very pleased with his new bed!
My only negative comments would be that there were not enough spare attachment parts (in case you ran into a problem) and that the instructions were placed in box 4 of 4 - it would’ve been good to have each piece of furniture with attachment parts and instructions in separate boxes.
