“First door arrived damaged, no quibble replacement very efficient, delivered quickly so kept job close on schedule. Disappointed that the original door could not be returned and recycled by manufacturer (help save the planet!!) Door quality OK for the price, but some of the beading profiles showed signs of bruising/knocks. Overall happy with purchase.”

“Overall I was very happy with my experience. The bed i ordered is good quality and as it was in the pictures. I needed to change the delivery date which your customer service was happy to help with. However, I wanted to share that I was disappointed with the delivery service. The cost of delivery was expensive and would have expected them to carry the bed to the bedroom as the parcels were very heavy. However they just left them in my hallway. ”

“Gave us a 15 minute warning of arrival and then refused to wait for us to get back to the house. Told them we would be 2 minutes as just around the corner but they said no waiting and have left the bed outside the front door. Leaving very heavy items to be brought in my a pregnant woman. This is if the items are still there. Will be expecting a refund asap. Terrible service. We expected a refund”

“We were looking for a sofa which would be delivered next day, and the sofa was delivered the next day. The courier guys were friendly - despite it barely being 7am! Emails about delivery were very clear to the point of being slightly unnerving. 6.50am is a very unwelcome alarm call, but at least we were very well warned! The sofa itself is just what we wanted and exactly as pictured on the site. I can imagine returns not being easy as we were warned about keeping the original packaging, which is nigh-on impossible if you want to get the sofa out of it! There also wasn't any paperwork with the sofa. At the time of writing we're not looking to return it so for us this was a smooth, stress-free transaction.”

“Sofa (August left hand chaise) is beautiful but unfortunately not very comfortable and after 1 week is showing signs that the cushions will not last … I guess you get what you pay for. Speedy delivery and readily available sofa but I am not convinced it will last”

“Be careful with this company We were regular customers and everything was fine until we experienced a problem. Customer service becomes extremely poor once something goes wrong. We ordered an item that arrived in a different colour to what was shown online. In the photos, the item appears white/cream, whereas in reality it is clearly grey. We raised this immediately. The returns process was very slow and frustrating. We were told we would hear back within 24 hours, which never happened. We had to keep chasing. The final decision was that the company claimed the item was “correct” and that the difference was due to lighting. We strongly disagree. The colour difference is obvious and misleading. Despite this, they refused to take responsibility or cover the postage for the return. We were told we would need to pay £40 to return the item. As we were given no alternative, we accepted this, but that does not make the situation acceptable. It is also worth noting that this company only allows complaints to be raised via your online account or by phone, and does not provide any written confirmation, reference number, or proof that a complaint has been logged. You only receive an automated email confirming that contact was made. This does not include the content or reason for the complaint. This makes it very difficult for customers to keep any written record of the issue raised. We will now be reporting this matter to Citizens Advice / Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority, as the product was not as described and we have photographs that clearly demonstrate this. It is also noticeable that the company responds mainly to positive reviews on other platforms like this one, while issues such as this appear to be ignored. Based on this experience, I would advise others to be very cautious.”
