“I am very surprised by the quality and the attention to detail that has gone into the design.It is absolutely beautiful. It not only looks expensive, but it is truly worth every penny I paid. “Ordered a fireplace Saturday evening. The delivery was really quick, it was delivered Monday morning. Unfortunately the fire wasn’t heating properly. I was dreading trying to return it and get a replacement but the process was really easy and I was pleasantly surprised. The fireplace was collected Thursday morning. My replacement came the next morning! Amazing customer service! Despite the hiccup with the fireplace which of course isn’t there fault they was really efficient in sorting the issue! Would definitely order from them again and have already recommended them to friends.”
