I am extremely pleased with the fireplace. There seems to be a problem with the awful clicking sound when the fire is running. Having read so many reviews describing the same problem by customers, I query why the fires are delivered with this fault. Please tell me how I can delete this sound. I am currently waiting for a replacement remote control.

Report this company to trading standards if you've had a problem. The reviews shown here are cherry picked. Negative reviews are buried. Look at the google reviews, they misrepresent their score on their website. The reviews are terrible. Quality of good is awful and customer service is worse. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
