“Absolutely delighted with my purchase - the Lyra dressing table. Looks great, and with the easy to understand instructions it didn't take too long to assemble. (Best with two people, as there's a little lifting involved.) During the ordering process I had need to call customer services who were polite and helpful. Safe delivery. Very pleased, thank you.”

“The quality of the furniture is top notch. I am pleased with the bedframe and the tv unit I got. The delivery guys only bring the boxes 1 floor of stairs which is annoying as I had to carry them for the rest of the 2 floors but it is what it is.”

“Little hiccup with the delivery going to the billing address rather than the shipping address (as we'd recently moved). But the driver was very friendly and relaxed about it, customer services called me immediately and organised for it to come back out to the right address the next day. The delivery team called me promptly before, arrived on time and were very friendly. They took it to the room I requested, took care in the house not to knock anything and were very quick. The bed was relatively easy to assemble, the usual minor irk's with any flatpack furniture like "which side up does this thing go" but overall pretty straightforward to put together, all the parts were there and a few spares. Most importantly though it looks great and while it's light it feels pretty solid. For the price I was a bit concerned it would be 'cheap' but honestly looks great, seems solid and time will be the test for durability but I'm genuinely really happy with my purchase and the whole experience. Would shop with Furniture 123 again.”
