“It’s a high shine table and it’s come scratched. Kinda noticeable.”

“Happy with the product itself however there are several areas of damage which is disappointing. I can only assume this is due the handling when being loaded and out for delivery.”

“The instructions for assembly were inadequate with drawings that made little sense and took forever to interpret. If I’d known this I would never have ordered the coffee table.”

“Delivery should have arrived between 12-4, finally arrived at 5.20, no call or communication regarding delay. The garden furniture i ordered clearly stated that it came assembled , just unpack put the cushions on and ready to use, not true! Came in a large box and we had to put together. Website also said they would unpack and take away and recycle all packaging, again this was not the case. They instruct you to check for damages on delivery and ring and report whilst the delivery team are there but this is impossible, as you younwe would have to unpack to check and the delivery guys just want to deliver and go. All said the furniture is lovely and I am really pleased with it but Furniture 123, need to review the information on their website as it is so inaccurate.”

“I ordered a Dynamo Cabin bed for my son and sorry to say, I'm not impressed with the quality. Essentially, it's not man enough for the job. Materials used in construction are absolute bare minimum and whilst it might be ok for a young light weight child, it certainly isn't structurally strong enough to cope with a 10-year old lad. Furthermore, the slide out table isn't water proof, so a cold glass of drink will cause the surface to bubble up due to the condensation.”

“Still have not received my item. Was supposed to arrive a week ago but the delivery day just received a message that I need to contact yourself as there were issues with my delivery; so now still waiting for it!!! And seems I can’t publish a review with a star - “there is a problem”!!! Unbelievable!!!”

“I made an order and was emailed to say it would be here on the 6/08 between 9:30 - 11:30, after a phone call I was informed it would be delivered on the 9/08, which was fine as I could arrange work commitments around this, I then received an email asking me to pick a delivery date, which isn’t ideal as the nearest date I could get is 12/08, I don’t understand why after being told via a phone call, that it would definitely be delivered on the 9th that I would then have to pick a delivery date later that week”

“Be wary of delivery times, stock shown as “in stock” on the website does not mean it’s in stock. 3 months later and I’m still waiting for my items. During this time my items have come into stock on the website but not to me! When I received part of my order after seeing they were in stock on the website and getting in touch with them to ask for one of my items the quality was not good on some parts. This was dealt with by customer services very well and replacement items were sent out and refund issued for a damaged item I did not want replacing. Still waiting for the remainder of my matching set.....”

“Poor quality, cheaply made table. I wouldn't have bought it if I saw in the shop. Too much hastle to return. Plently, better quality tables can be found in local furnature shops.”

“Overall the chest of drawers is fine. The general finish and quality is questionable. The paint coating is very thin. Knots and markings of the wood can be seen. The top of the unit has a particularly considerable mark which I’ve photographed. The drawers don’t have metal runners, they’re made of wood which are a bit stiff to pull the drawers out on but maybe this will get better with further use. We didn’t put the feet on the unit as this was bought for a nursery and felt this was safer without feet. It does the job though and it’s nice enough for the price I paid. Delivery was very quick though.”

“The photograph of this bed clearly has drawers. Description is not clear, drawers are not included. The drawers are “compatable”. And not included. Very misleading. The bed is good quality but I’m very disappointed it was not as shown in the picture.”

“hi got a table for a xmas gift for my sister so glad I opened it the pedestal was all marked so sent a email was given £30 off ? but it was better then repacking it and sending it back so I kept it. sent for a new one and a drinks trolley big mistake the table came with the same problems do they not inspect them before they send them out???? i have not got the drinks trolley has yet been trying the phone them no luck hope its ok”

“I wanted to buy a table and four chairs. They had options to purchase the table, the table and two chairs, two additional chairs and also table and 4 chairs. However the pricing was all wrong as it was cheaper to buy a table and two chairs with two seperate chairs - which did not make any sense. I called to question which was correct and the helpful lady offered free delivery. She sent a link to pay. The link never worked and after a few more phonecalls ended up with two sets of table and chairs going to different addresses. More phonecalls and the order was corrected. However never did get the discount promised. Gave up in the end. Pretty useless admin department. Delivery was spot on though.”
