Can't fault the online purchase or the delivery, the bed is not great, I know it was cheap (ish, £200 incl delivery) and you get what you pay for, however the trundle is SO heavy it will be easier to move the bed when we need the trundle.....

Courier guys missed the chairs in first delivery. Just delivered the table. Received chairs few more days after that. The chairs I received were faulty. Sent messages, photos and evidence. Customer care came back with a response. I provided further details but now awaiting resolution from customer service for more than a week now. Telephone calls have a 30 min wait and the IVR machine tells me to disconnect after a certain time without even giving the option to wait longer. I have had no calls from the customer service even once. Received SMS from a totally strange number just stating Furniture number. It does not even have the word "Order number". Just quotes some random number and we have to understand the whole thing by ourselves. Pathetic service. Would have given only 1 star but the rest of the parts are of good quality so gave them a 2 star but I'd give them a zero star for their customer service

We were only notified that the sofa could not be delivered to second floor after paying for it and once it was out for delivery . Would have been better if the company clarifies this In their website . Also the order arrived quite late in the evening , it was fortunate we had a garage to keep the sofa .

Order given over the phone was not processed by the company.we only found out when chasing the order that a mistake had been made. Instead of next day delivery which we had paid for it was ten days. Quality of what we ordered was however good.

I requested a delivery date of 24th January for all items they sent my mattresses 7th January and I had no where to store them then told me the couldn't confirm they would have my beds delivered on the 24th which was the day I requested. I needed to guarantee I had them by that date so had to have the beds delivered early to guarantee to have them and I was told I wasn't allowed to change the delivery date had to speak to manager and say I was going to cancel my order just to get my beds delivered The quality of the cabin bed is ok but the bunk beds are very un sturdy.

The quality is excellent as is the price & the customer service in responding to issues was also good. I could not score higher due to delivery issues with my 1st two deliveries, the first one had damage to one item & a missing wardrobe & then when wardrobe arrived a few days later it was also damaged. The second had the wrong item delivered & I still have it a week later with no collection date & they will not release my correct item until collected the incorrect one. I have placed a 3rd order & fingers crossed that arrives trouble free as does my missing item from second delivery. In fairness we did receive a cash discount but I would still rather have my furniture & with no damage.

Ordered a table in time for Christmas, stated delivery would take around a week, however it was delayed twice so took over a month to come. Got it in the end. Just in time.

paid extra for next day delivery, got half of it next day and the other half 2 days later, so asked for the next day delivery cost to be refunded, not heard anything from them, obviously they earn a little extra this way

Product excellent but it took 4 attempts to get the final legs to complete the table. All staff were very courteous and deliveries were quick, shame about the mess up with the table legs. Mrs K gruschka

The sofa bed is ok but it’s not at all white. It’s cream. It’s not really going to serve the purpose it was intended for which is a shame.

I couldn't assemble the table by following the instructions. I had to lay the parts out and figure it out myself. One of the bolts has not fastened a leg despite being adjusted to the full extent, also the alum fitment has smoothed so removing it will be tricky. On another leg I heard wood cracking even tho the bolt still had an inch or so to go before being flush. I now have a wobbly table, but it is against a wall so not a total failure. I would not buy another one. Lovely finish and it arrived on time.

Failed to deliver item on time, so cancelled the item, it is near enough IMPOSSIBLE to speak to them on the phone as you are left on hold for a ridiculous amount of time each time, so you end up giving up. You can send an e-message, but they take a few days to come back and usually they do not answer your query in the first response. No other way of contacting them. I have been waiting over a week for a refund for a cancelled item and no one is communicating with me. Terrible customer service. Products are good but customer service shocking!!

Delivery didn't come on time. Really bad customer support and terrible communication. The product was functional with good instructions to assemble. Shame the delivery was sooooo bad and I had paid extra to have the delivery!!

Seriously!!!! Great selection of products good price point. easy ordering service tick. Then goes woefully downhill from there. Such a shame as when!!! I did receive SOME of the products ie mirrored wardrobe the build quality was excellent, beds great but WHEN/IF you ever get them. Promises Promises but no deliveries or yes in stock then email to say it will be another month or more!!!! just not acceptable. so if you have all the tie in the world and your in no rush great products when they arrive, but if you need it now forget it you just cant rely on them Shame

Poor customer service. I purchased a chair just over 3 months ago costing £600. The connector that holds the chair in place snapped within less a month of use. I contacted furniture 123 to get a replacement part under warranty. It was then I realised the item in the picture has a substantially stronger connector rather than the flimsy one. Upon inquiring If was going to recieve the newer, stronger connector or another flimsy one they replied saying I would be getting the same defective part. By virtue of the fact the manufacturer now supplies a much stronger connector is is clear that even the supplier knows this part is not fit for purpose. furniture 213 refused to contact the manufacturer to ensure I would get the newer, stronger non defective part and tried to claim I could not return the item. I have a right to refuse a repair that has the same fault. This isn't the first mistake they have made either, previously has incorrect goods sent to me and had to take time out of my day to arrange collection of the wrong goods. Customer service is rubbish. They are a bit cheaper than other companies but that shows in the experience I have had with customer service.

Purchased the Elista TV Unit - it arrived damaged and was of cheap quality. Customer services were very slow in responding, and we still haven't heard back regarding replacement parts, I am having to chase constantly - very poor service!
