Courier guys missed the chairs in first delivery. Just delivered the table. Received chairs few more days after that. The chairs I received were faulty. Sent messages, photos and evidence. Customer care came back with a response. I provided further details but now awaiting resolution from customer service for more than a week now. Telephone calls have a 30 min wait and the IVR machine tells me to disconnect after a certain time without even giving the option to wait longer. I have had no calls from the customer service even once. Received SMS from a totally strange number just stating Furniture number. It does not even have the word "Order number". Just quotes some random number and we have to understand the whole thing by ourselves. Pathetic service. Would have given only 1 star but the rest of the parts are of good quality so gave them a 2 star but I'd give them a zero star for their customer service
