I ordered the "Safina Ottoman Double (Item code: SAF003) because I was totally given the wrong information about it by your customer service (!) I had been looking for a double bed with huge storage which does not have an additional metal supporting "legs" inside the storage area. I wanted to use the storage without being scared that I will demage my duvet, etc. with that 2 metal pole when I close the bed. ) I found quite a lot of pretty beds which I like more than this Safina but I did not order any of them because of this 2 metal poles inside in the storage. So I kept looking and found this bed at Furniture 123. I was not sure that it really did not have those kind of metal legs inside because the photo did not show anything inside. It looked clearly being without it. To be sure that I order the right bed I wrote a message to the company and I asked them They did not reply. So I called them and I asked them and I made my question totally clear that I would like to order this bed BUT ONLY IN CASE if it DOES NOT have those 2 pcs of metal supporting legs vertically under the "ribs" The man at the customer service assured me that the bed looks exactly as it was on the photo and it does not have any other things just what I can see. I have asked him again that it was really 100 % that it does not have those metal things. He answered that I can be sure that it doesn`t. So I ordered it. I was so excited to receive my bed after waiting for it for more than a month. Though the company changed the originaly delivery day 2 times but it arrived finally on the 9th June. They called me 10 minutes before the delivery, not half an hour as I was promised. As I was at work I had to orginise to get someone to help to receive my bed. It arrived finally and we started to put it together. It was a total shock when I found it out that this bed came with exactly with those 2 metal "legs" which needed to be attached inside the storage in order to give a support the bed. I was totally speachless from the sock and from the disappontment. Actually I almost cried. This bed was absolutely not my favorite. I ordered it only because I was told that it`s storage is as it was shown on the photo. I am angry and very very disapponted. Especially because I could have had a bed which I really liked and really wanted to have it in my room. But istead I was forced to buy something which I did not like that much but supposed to be with the storage I wanted. But this was not the case. Because your colleague gave wrong information for my inquiery. I think this is absolutely NOT accaptable that your company gives misleading information which results such a disappoitment. I am angry and sad. Honestly if I had more time I would send this bed back but after the corona virus crises finally I could go back to work and can not deal with it and wait another month to get a right bed I want. The bed itself not bad, but this is NOT what I wanted and it is the company`s fault. I would not trust to buy anything from them again.

The slats of the bed were flimsy, we had to reinforce them just for my 4 year old to go o top bunk safely. The driver who delivered was blunt and a little rude. The steps are a little dangerous for my boy at night while he is so sleepy the steps are not good

Avoid this company. O.k I am going to stick to the facts. Ordered a shoe storage / Seat for my living room. Was immediately sent confirmation and the item was to be delivered in 3-5days. I paid for delivery. A full week later and three attempts at e-mailing the company, with a promise of a reply in 48 hrs, still nothing. Got up this morning and received e-mail but was immediately disappointed to see it was asking for a review. Hence this review. I called the sales line, got through immediately and passed through to customer service after explaining my issue. Customer service line rang and line went dead. Rang again and spoke to customer service to be told my item was lost. The only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the customer service agent giving me a sincere apology. Avoid avoid avoid this company.

Fast service as we desperately needed a new dining table. When we received it I was a bit disappointed as the table top did not have a perfect paint job on the top and underneath looked a bit tatty. We have been using it for the two of us but I do not think it is as it as described for 4 people.

Ordered 2 items early March paid extra for Saturday delivery got one item the following Saturday but no email or text or tel call to inform me of this 2nd item delivered 28th May (Thursday) got email no tel call usually at work on a Thursday but at moment furloughed so was in so much for paying extra for a Saturday! Plus when checked online last week 2nd item was available for next day delivery perhaps they are still using City Link!!!!

Excellent courier service and customer service. Unfortunately the product was very disappointing. Both the treble wardrobe and chest of drawers were missing fittings. Lots of holes not pre-drilled including the wardrobe door hinges which resulted in the doors not closing due to being a millimetre off. I was considering opening a trade account for my business when I discovered 123 furniture but I certainly will not be doing now.

I bought a bed for my daughter, the whole thing fell apart within days. The trundle wheels came off within the first few days, breaking the panel that holds it in place. I sent furniture123 a complaint, I was sent a new side board for the trundle. That however came broken and useless. Now the trundle is unable to move and the bed itself makes a terrible creaking sound when my daughter gets on it. Would not recommend the bed I bought at all, only reason I give a 2 star is because of nice costumer service.

I was sent an email to say that my Order would be with me tomorrow, I waited for two days, emailed 123 and had no answer so called the courier who advised I needed to book a delivery slot but they had nothing for 4 days.. had no reason to believe that I would have to book my own delivery. The product is as you would expect, cheaply made, badly put together and overpriced.

Purchased the Lorenzo wardrobe for £299 in sale from £450 which was suppose to be solid wood and Oak, when it arrived the whole back of the wardrobe was MDF and the condition was appalling, the stickers stuck all over it took the paint off, and wasn't painted in underneath, it was left not sanded/waxed showing the cheap wood as with the top of the wardrobe . After a few attempts of ringing and emailing I finally got a collection booked and my money back, but I will never purchase from here again and would advise to stay away from this wardrobe

Only received one item promised for next day delivery had nowhere to sit down to eat, other item delivered two days later, but they did refund my next day delivery charge

Reluctantly leaving a bad review for these bunk beds, largely on the basis of the colour. Why these have been manufactured with an orange tinge I do not know, they look like something from the 90s and instantly look second hand because of this. The picture on the website is very misleading, don't be fooled. Also a couple of sharp edges under the end panels for some reason. A real shame as they are a sturdy pair of beds that would have been great if they looked like the picture. Couldn't return as we needed them in a hurry.

The instructions were not clear and the there were no holes for the screws to go into. Had to be done by hand!

Flimsy material, wood kept splitting when drilling the bed together, for a £300 pound bed I expected much more. A shame as the bed looks lovley once up and all of the splits in the wood hidden. Also very difficult to put up I think 9hours in total.

First off I arranged delivery for a Monday as I had carpet being fitted that day and didn't have anywhere to store the bed. the mattress arrived on the Friday before and the frame arrived on the Saturday. Very rude delivery driver tried to get me to carry a box upstairs, gave his mate a stupid grin when I refused. Quite arrogant behaviour. Customer service obviously isn't a priority. I have cancelled my sofa order.
