I bought a bed for my daughter, the whole thing fell apart within days. The trundle wheels came off within the first few days, breaking the panel that holds it in place.
I sent furniture123 a complaint, I was sent a new side board for the trundle. That however came broken and useless. Now the trundle is unable to move and the bed itself makes a terrible creaking sound when my daughter gets on it.
Would not recommend the bed I bought at all, only reason I give a 2 star is because of nice costumer service.
