I ordered the Payton armchair, which is really fabulous. I can not fault the delivery company, who were very helpful. Unfortunately the customer service from Furniture123 was not helpful when I raised questions about delivery. I received the same stock response from multiple staff members over a number of weeks and ultimately only got the answer I required from the delivery company on the day of delivery.

not impressed delay in delivery despite being told item on its way...........30 mins later told it would be delayed by six weeks .Had to chase delivery charges and still waiting for refund

Customer service people were great, no issues there! However I brought a desk that was stated 'in stock' and only upon the day of delivery did I get a phone call saying there was a mistake and in fact they no longer stocked that desk, even though I paid for it 10 days prior with no warning.

The delivery on the day (the courier) was great. But prior to this, the delivery date was slipped twice (the day before) and then finally announced one day and delivered the next. So that was three missed dates. Not brilliant. Cannot recommend on this basis.

Product was poor quality and very difficult to assemble as there were not enough drill holes.

No mention that delivery is £25 before you check out, if you want free delivery it will take a month to come. Quality of the item is questionable, won't last 5 years and the finish is cheap. Plus you will get spam emails. Other than that paid delivery was fast

Chest of draws was lovely when it finally turned up. My order was lost furniture 123 said it was the delivery service, the delivery service said it wasn’t them. Clocked up over £15 calling them which I was not made aware not a free phone service. On hold forever, really poor communication.

The holes were in the wrong places on parts of the bed meaning that the parts that should have black edging are facing the wrong way therefore chip board is in view.

Wanted to purchase a desk. Online said the desk was in stock. I called just to make sure that it was definitely in stock and was told it was. Placed an order on Tuesday the 15th Sep for delivery of 22nd Sep. Called on the morning on the 22nd Sep to check if they were coming and if there was an estimated time of delivery, was told it would be delivered before 6:00. So arranged childcare to pick up kids from school, waited all day and it never showed up. Next day called Furniture 123, they apologised and was going to check with the supplier. In the afternoon they returned my call to apologise saying the item was no longer in stock. I would have given 1 star but the people I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. Desk still showing in stock! So disappointed.

Bed delivered but mattress has currently gone awol! No one seems to know what’s happened, how can you loose a mattress?? I was told someone would ring me back with an update before 5 pm tonight but still waiting for call. Let’s see what tomorrow brings!

Price are good . Quality of furniture for a price is ok . Communication was lacking, they changed delivery times 3 times and still arrived a month late . Try to call them after waiting 2 hours then phone goes dead .

Expecting a delivery of 3 packages only got 2 packages , 2 days later still unable to contact Furniture 123 no answer on their phones and not responding to my emails also the 2 packages I did receive damaged in transport Quick enough to take my money Awful service Definitely won’t be buying again from this company

Perfectly pleasant phone transaction whereupon I paid for and agreed a delivery date. Product info given turned out to be incorrect. Item advertised as "fully assembled " came on a day not agreed to. One piece arrived one day, two pieces on a separate day. Have accepted items as I imagine to start a cancellation/refund process would just bring more problems. Will now have to pay for a tradesman to assemble. The big selling point for me was the "fully assembled " description. Read reviews before purchase and owners also highlight the assembled status.

The main part of my order has gone missing I have been trying to track it down The delivery company tell me it’s been sent back to your company due to a missing part. All I’ve had off you is a text message saying they returned it to you. Looks like the order has been cancelled online, but where is my money??? There is a 4 hour phone queue & knowone has contacted me directly by phone....come on!!!

I have ordered a fireplace which was advertised as soft white. When it has arrived on Monday it is bright cream. The company have sent one text message to my request to return it confirming It is cream and not soft white as advertised and offered a £40. £450 may not be a lot to some people but it is to me and I’m sitting here with a fire I don’t want and I can’t get through to speak to anyone for the life of me 😭

The cupboards are extremely flimsy and very time consuming to build. Instructions were confusing. The delivery dates moved several times and we waited more than 4 weeks for delivery which was not made obvious upon order. Overall, not a good experience.
