My delivery was delayed constantly. My first order was split into two separate delivery companies. I received the blanket box but the other company hasn’t delivered the bed, as they were unable to make it in the day. But haven’t rescheduled the delivery? So payed for a bed I haven’t got!

Received our rattan corner sofa. After only 2 days use cusions have gone flat,i have emailed furniture 123 twice with no reply, that tells me only interested in taking money but no after sales.. very annoyed and will give them 7 days to reply to me before i act upon this..

Bed is gorgeous. However delivery date was changed from the 6th of July to the 15th. Then on the 15th it was changed to the 16th so I wasted a day waiting for it. Found out when I clicked the tracking link that it was going to be late. No phone call or anything to inform me of the change. Couriers were even worse. Rude men speaking to people like they’re stupid. Bad experience, will never use this company again.

Although the packaging wasn't damaged, the top piece and 1 of the backing panels were chipped and broken respectively. Fortunately the chip is at the back and so against a wall and I can work around the damaged back panel. The item does not fit together very well so there are gaps at several of the joints and it also has very little strength/integrity meaning I am going to have to strengthen the item before I can use it. The only good thing I can say about it is looks like the picture.

Terrible service. Ordered an item described as being delivered after 20 July as I was away from home until that date. Was given a tracking link which didn’t work and was told I would get a call 24 hours before delivery and I could change the date if necessary. It was delivered on 14 July wil no prior notification. I wasn’t there which meant a neighbour had to take this very heavy item in. Sent a complaint by email and received a nonsensical reply showing they hadn’t read the email. Complained again and got an email saying they would take it up with the delivery company. Don’t know what the item is like because I’m not there to open it. Would not order again

Quite disappointing, ordered desk and told it had been despatched. Now i have been informed delivery will not be for another 4 weeks!

Very little contact or information given. I lost count of the amount of time I had to call even get one email of confirmation from you. And to get the right person on the phone was hard work although understandable in the current circumstances. The furniture itself I lovely and I am happy with this.

The armchair has a gap when you lean your elbow in and the colour is not same as is looking on the picture. Its really difficult to add a photo because of light colour.

The bed I ordered for my daughter arrived with one part it didn't need instead of one that it did. Contacted Furniture 123 via their emessage explaining the situation and they haven't bothered to respond. I could always call the premium rate telephone number that they use but I don't think so.... Rubbish customer service.

I’m not sure I would recommend this company and now having read the experience of other people I know I wouldn’t use the company again. Did not deliver when they said they would and absolutely no communication even thought I emailed. I was left wondering if and when my table would arrive. It was supposed to arrive in the Friday and I’d sorted the space so it would be done and dusted for the weekend! Anyway it did arrive eventually on the Monday The table itself is ok, you get what you pay for and I didn’t pay a lot but it’s fine for me for a couple of years or so. Mechanism to extend table is tricky but hey ho, it’s cheaply made. You can buy this table on quite a few other sites for a bit extra....next time I’d pay the bit extra....what price sanity?? This company need to be aware that in the 21st century the customer is king and communication is everything

Didn’t have anything I ordered in stock, they refunded half the order as chair no longer available from supplier, however ordered and got delivered the exact same chair from another company that came from same supplier. Still waiting for desk been 4 weeks now, still no update when it will arrive if ever!

I ordered the "Safina Ottoman Double (Item code: SAF003) because I was totally given the wrong information about it by your customer service (!) I had been looking for a double bed with huge storage which does not have an additional metal supporting "legs" inside the storage area. I wanted to use the storage without being scared that I will demage my duvet, etc. with that 2 metal pole when I close the bed. ) I found quite a lot of pretty beds which I like more than this Safina but I did not order any of them because of this 2 metal poles inside in the storage. So I kept looking and found this bed at Furniture 123. I was not sure that it really did not have those kind of metal legs inside because the photo did not show anything inside. It looked clearly being without it. To be sure that I order the right bed I wrote a message to the company and I asked them They did not reply. So I called them and I asked them and I made my question totally clear that I would like to order this bed BUT ONLY IN CASE if it DOES NOT have those 2 pcs of metal supporting legs vertically under the "ribs" The man at the customer service assured me that the bed looks exactly as it was on the photo and it does not have any other things just what I can see. I have asked him again that it was really 100 % that it does not have those metal things. He answered that I can be sure that it doesn`t. So I ordered it. I was so excited to receive my bed after waiting for it for more than a month. Though the company changed the originaly delivery day 2 times but it arrived finally on the 9th June. They called me 10 minutes before the delivery, not half an hour as I was promised. As I was at work I had to orginise to get someone to help to receive my bed. It arrived finally and we started to put it together. It was a total shock when I found it out that this bed came with exactly with those 2 metal "legs" which needed to be attached inside the storage in order to give a support the bed. I was totally speachless from the sock and from the disappontment. Actually I almost cried. This bed was absolutely not my favorite. I ordered it only because I was told that it`s storage is as it was shown on the photo. I am angry and very very disapponted. Especially because I could have had a bed which I really liked and really wanted to have it in my room. But istead I was forced to buy something which I did not like that much but supposed to be with the storage I wanted. But this was not the case. Because your colleague gave wrong information for my inquiery. I think this is absolutely NOT accaptable that your company gives misleading information which results such a disappoitment. I am angry and sad. Honestly if I had more time I would send this bed back but after the corona virus crises finally I could go back to work and can not deal with it and wait another month to get a right bed I want. The bed itself not bad, but this is NOT what I wanted and it is the company`s fault. I would not trust to buy anything from them again.
