I ordered the "Safina Ottoman Double (Item code: SAF003) because I was totally given the wrong information about it by your customer service (!)
I had been looking for a double bed with huge storage which does not have an additional metal supporting "legs" inside the storage area. I wanted to use the storage without being scared that I will demage my duvet, etc. with that 2 metal pole when I close the bed. )
I found quite a lot of pretty beds which I like more than this Safina but I did not order any of them because of this 2 metal poles inside in the storage. So I kept looking and found this bed at Furniture 123. I was not sure that it really did not have those kind of metal legs inside because the photo did not show anything inside. It looked clearly being without it. To be sure that I order the right bed I wrote a message to the company and I asked them They did not reply. So I called them and I asked them and I made my question totally clear that I would like to order this bed BUT ONLY IN CASE if it DOES NOT have those 2 pcs of metal supporting legs vertically under the "ribs"
The man at the customer service assured me that the bed looks exactly as it was on the photo and it does not have any other things just what I can see. I have asked him again that it was really 100 % that it does not have those metal things. He answered that I can be sure that it doesn`t. So I ordered it.
I was so excited to receive my bed after waiting for it for more than a month. Though the company changed the originaly delivery day 2 times but it arrived finally on the 9th June. They called me 10 minutes before the delivery, not half an hour as I was promised. As I was at work I had to orginise to get someone to help to receive my bed. It arrived finally and we started to put it together. It was a total shock when I found it out that this bed came with exactly with those 2 metal "legs" which needed to be attached inside the storage in order to give a support the bed.
I was totally speachless from the sock and from the disappontment. Actually I almost cried. This bed was absolutely not my favorite. I ordered it only because I was told that it`s storage is as it was shown on the photo. I am angry and very very disapponted. Especially because I could have had a bed which I really liked and really wanted to have it in my room. But istead I was forced to buy something which I did not like that much but supposed to be with the storage I wanted. But this was not the case. Because your colleague gave wrong information for my inquiery.
I think this is absolutely NOT accaptable that your company gives misleading information which results such a disappoitment.
I am angry and sad.
Honestly if I had more time I would send this bed back but after the corona virus crises finally I could go back to work and can not deal with it and wait another month to get a right bed I want.
The bed itself not bad, but this is NOT what I wanted and it is the company`s fault.
I would not trust to buy anything from them again.
