“Sadly there is no “zero” star option... complete waste of time, ordered a bed and was told lead time is 2 months..then 2 days before it was due for delivery had an update that new delivery date is 5 weeks later!!!!!! Before that ordered a fireplace and, even though, it was showing “in-stock”, delivery from next day, once I placed the order they sent an email that it is out of stock and delivery date is in 5 weeks!!!!! DO NOT USE”

“Thieves , stole £170 of my money no refund we didn’t open the parcel in there 7 days policy as my husband passed away it was the 8 th day we opened it , ti find it broken despite sending a death certificate and death notice they refused to refund us , the stress and upset this caused me on top of losing my husband was the worst time of my life , reported to trading standards I urge anyone DO NOT order from this company”

“Robbers never gave us our refund heartless read the complaints page , had a death in family we were distraught opening a package last thing on our minds , we eventually opened it around 8 days later to find the mirror part of shoe store smashed despite me sending a death certificate because we hadn’t reported it in there 7 day policy they kept our money I reported them to trading standards I will never give up giving bad reports on this company even they stole £170 of my money at the most awful time of my life”

“I ordered a Dynamo Cabin bed for my son and sorry to say, I'm not impressed with the quality. Essentially, it's not man enough for the job. Materials used in construction are absolute bare minimum and whilst it might be ok for a young light weight child, it certainly isn't structurally strong enough to cope with a 10-year old lad. Furthermore, the slide out table isn't water proof, so a cold glass of drink will cause the surface to bubble up due to the condensation.”

“Great customer service, product arrived early and very good comms. Would highly recommend them. Slightly disappointed that the bed didn’t have a proper bottom to it (only a flimsy sheet) but you pay for what you get! Bed still looks great”

“Ordered a settee in January was worried as couldn’t try it etc and was a little annoyed the deliver date kept changing but that’s covid life I guess! Turned up yesterday the two guys were friendly and polite couldn’t fault them - loving the settee so just ordered the 3-seater”

“I ordered a wooden playhouse n February 2021. I could have had it delivered in 3 weeks but wanted to postpone the arrival until my garden had been landscaped and a base ready for the house to be sat on. I am a teacher so asked if I could have it delivered on 15th April, they agreed that this was not a problem. I contacted Furniture 123 on Monday 12th and asked would it be possible to have the delivery on the 16th as I had the opportunity to see my son for the first time in 6 months. I was told that this would be no problem and I received a confirmation email. On the 16th I had not heard anything so I contacted furniture 123 via live chat. I asked if they knew an approximate time the house might arrive. The lady looked up the order and told me the following: We've been notified that your order is unfortunately out of stock, and the product discontinued. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the sales office will be in touch to discuss an alternative or refund I WAS LIVID. I could not believed that it was not coming and that I had not been told. I had arranged for someone to erect it on the Sunday so that I could surprise my Grandaughters. I phoned Furniture 123 and after an extremely long wait with the worst music I got through to a lady who told me my order had not been cancelled and was due to be delivered today but they don't know when. They told me that they had tried to ring Shire the company they ordered from and who are organising delivery but they could not get through. After I decided to ring Shire who I got through to quickly and was told delivery was now not until 21st April. I could have cried. I am recently widowed and this was the final straw. I rang Furniture 123 and spoke to a very nice man who checked and told me that according to their records the delivery was happening today 😳 I was told to wait until 4.30 then ring if not received delivery. Within 30 minutes I received an email confirming the change in date. Once again a long call to 123. I was told it was not their fault. I explained my circumstances and how frustrating, emotional and inconvenient a new date is. I also said that I would never have changed the original date if I was told this could happen I was told that was it. I was then offered £30 I asked to speak to a manager. I was told no one was available but a manager would ring me on my mobile by 5pm! Well it's 5pm and no call !! So far no call. I should not be surprised. I have spend a complete day on the phone, waiting for news or explaining the situation. I have had to cancel the person who was coming to erect the non existent playhouse. I will have to ask my elderly mother to house sit on Wednesday for the rescheduled delivery. I have cried so much over something so frustrating. I feel it has tainted my feelings towards the house. What should have been a happy thing has turned into a giant headache. customer 4 reviews GB”
